Our Staff

Ashley

Ashley is one of our technicians at the clinic. She spent the last 8 years serving the Lebanon community as a firefighter/EMT and made the switch to animal medicine, and regrets NOTHING! At home, Ashley has numerous animals from dogs and cats to chickens and horses. She and her husband, Benjie, have a young son that is in love with rodeo, and they will often spend summer weekends at any nearby rodeo either competing or watching. Ashley loves to read books and spending time outside in her free time, especially when the weather is nice.

Ledzep

LedZep is a dedicated veterinary technician with five years of experience in both general practice and emergency medicine. She is passionate about patient care and thrives in the fast-paced environment of veterinary medicine. Her favorite part of the job is assisting the doctors during surgical and dental procedures, where she enjoys being hands-on and helping provide the highest level of care to patients.
Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and compassionate approach, LedZep is an important part of the team and is always willing to step in wherever she is needed. She especially enjoys the teamwork and collaboration that come with veterinary medicine and takes pride in helping both patients and clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, LedZep enjoys spending time at home with her two Golden Retrievers, who keep her busy and remind her daily why she loves working with animals.

Heather

Heather is one of our part-time receptionists. She met her husband (Dr. Sikes) in veterinary college. They have 4 kids and live on a farm. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family, shopping, running a small boutique in her home, and taking vacation trips.

Sunshine

Sunshine is our full-time front Receptionists. She just recently moved back to Missouri from Oregon. After graduating High School she married her husband and had 2 beautiful children. She was a dog groomer for 12 years and absolutely loved working with animals. After moving back she decided to join our team as a Receptionist. When Sunshine has free time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, camping, traveling, and discovering new places to make memories.

Natasha

Natasha is one of our part-time receptionists. She just recently moved to Lebanon with her two kids to settle down and be near family. Natasha has an adorable puppy named Smalls. In her spare time she enjoys reading books and going swimming.

Harlie

I graduated from Laquey High School and am currently working toward attending College of the Ozarks to earn my degree in Animal Science. My goal is to become a veterinarian because I have always had a strong passion for caring for animals and helping improve their health and well-being.

I am dedicated to continuing my education, gaining valuable experience, and developing the skills needed to succeed in the veterinary field. I look forward to building a rewarding career where I can make a positive difference in the lives of animals and the people who care for them.

Owen

Owen is a Veterinary Technician at Lebanon Veterinary Clinic with two years of experience in small animal general practice. He is currently a pre-veterinary student at Ozarks Technical Community College and plans to continue his education at the University of Missouri, where he intends to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Following veterinary school, Owen hopes to specialize in veterinary orthopedic surgery, combining his passion for medicine with a commitment to improving the mobility and quality of life of his patients.

Owen is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every pet and values building lasting relationships with both patients and their families. He enjoys continually expanding his knowledge and skills as he works toward his long-term goal of becoming a veterinarian.

Outside of the clinic and the classroom, Owen enjoys playing soccer, boxing, and spending time with his cat.
